Credits are a usage allowance for this service only. They are not money, not stored value, not redeemable and not transferable. Allowances reset each period and do not carry over. There are no credit packs and no top-ups: if an allowance runs out, the only option is a higher tier or waiting for the next period.
P02 / Where the wall is
The free tier stops at 20 pieces, and says so before you start.
You will not get halfway through a wardrobe and hit a message. The cap is on the screen before the first photograph.
Twenty pieces is enough to see what the tool does and what the output looks like. It is not enough to produce a finding. “Six of twenty were unworn” tells you nothing you did not already suspect. “Seventy-four of a hundred and eighty” is a different kind of sentence.
A wardrobe usually runs to 80–200 pieces. Counting that by hand is the sort of job almost nobody finishes — which is the entire reason a paid tier exists. You are paying to get to the end of a count, not to unlock a feature.

P03 / Billing terms
Everything about the charge, stated in one place.
Currency and tax
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and displayed inclusive of all taxes. The amount you see is the amount charged; nothing is added at payment.
Automatic renewal
Paid tiers renew automatically at the end of each period, for an identical period, until cancelled. This is stated on the pricing card, again at checkout, and again in the confirmation email.
Cancelling
Two steps from your subscription page, with no email and no phone call. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for. The route out is as easy to find as the route in.
Refunds
Fourteen-day right of withdrawal on a new subscription, subject to the two express confirmations at checkout. Refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen days.
Price changes
Any change affecting a live subscription is notified by email at least 30 days ahead. You may cancel free of charge before it takes effect, and no new price applies to a period already paid for.
